Understanding
You can never understand God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. That concept of the three as one in itself is unfathomable. Don’t try it. It’s just not possible. Did you just try it? Can’t really figure it out can you? You can just try to justify it in your head, but it’s only metaphors and analogies in the end. It’s ok, you’re not built to understand it. “Who can fathom the Spirit of the Lord or instruct the Lord as his counselor?” (Isaiah 40:13) Once you understand something completely, it gives you power and the ability to use the thing you understand.
For example, if you understand that when you ring a bell, it makes a sound you can use that bell for certain purposes. If you understand a person and how exactly that person will act, you can use them and tweak them to your will. It happens all the time.
You can not understand God. It’s not possible, therefore you cannot use God.
God, or the Holy Spirit just to put the emphasis there, understands you so completely that He is able to use you to your fullest potential.
You just need to let Him.
